  Shipping & Returns

Luis Martinez sells and ships only to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Utah and South Dakota), Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Shipping Policies:
All online orders will be processed the next business day, unless the item is on back-order. Shipping to Post Office boxes require USPS Priority Mail shipping. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders typically arrive at their destination within 5-7 working days for UPS Ground shipping, however, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Free Shipping promotions apply to UPS Ground shipping only unless otherwise stated.

Return Policies:
Before returning a product, please call the toll-free hotline and have a customer service representative send a UPS return label. This label enables our customers to adhere it to the side of the package that is being returned, and negates any postage charges from being incurred by our customers. It is the option of our customers to return a product using their own means, however, Luis Martinez will not be held liable for mis-ships, packages lost in the mail, or reimbursement of postage and handling charges.

Shipping Claims:
Any package that has not reached its final destination must be filed for a claim. The toll-free hotline must be notified of any non-deliveries and a claim will be processed. At that time a replacement package may be requested, however, if the United Parcel Service(UPS) finds any reason not to honor the claim, the customer will be held responsible for all shipments. If a credit is requested, it is applied at the time the claim is approved by UPS. If a claim is not honored by UPS then the customer will be responsible for all charges.
